Who We are

The Mike Peterson Foundation was formed in 2004 to benefit underserved youth and socio-economically challenged families. Since 2004, we have served in Mike’s hometown of Alachua, Florida as well as his NFL cities of Jacksonville, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. Since 2016, the Petersons have focused on assisting children and families in the Petersons’ new hometown of Columbia, South Carolina.

The mission of the Mike Peterson Foundation is to provide innovative programs for underprivileged youth that encourage learning, embrace the gifts and celebrate the uniqueness of every child in our communities.
